The Senior ServiceNow GDN Consultant is responsible for developing technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. This role involves ITSM module development, implementation, and supporting other developers. Strong collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills are key. The Consultant will also support the ServiceNow team and handle upgrades.
Requirements
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
- Experience with REST API / web service / JSON
- Experience with ServiceNow Scripting
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills
- Minimum 3 full cycle ServiceNow implementation experience
