Aptive is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead data management and analysis of VHA systems and processes. The role involves ensuring data quality, providing insights for EHRM deployments, SNOW migration, and patient-safety reporting. Data will be synthesized, visualized, and presented to stakeholders. Expertise in data governance, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, and Power BI is required.
Requirements
- Obtain data through advanced computerized models
- Develop simple graphs and charts
- Monitor and validate RMA, ServiceNow, and Power Apps data pipelines
- Define and operationalize enterprise data‐quality rules
- Lead Tier 0 → Tier 1 data stewardship
- Certify Tableau/Power BI dashboards
- Embed data‐quality gates and validation points
- Mentor junior analysts
- Manage cross-functional collaboration
- Publish results in Purview and related governance tools

Requirements Summary
