Senior Data Analyst F/M

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will interact with various stakeholders to ensure business reporting needs are fulfilled. You will be part of the IT Performance Management Team, developing and maintaining PowerBI/ServiceNOW Performance Analytics reports and KPIs. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for innovation, and a good understanding of the IT Delivery environment. Requirements

• Proven expertise as Senior Data Analyst - in IT environment would be best (8 Years of experience min)
• Professional skills in PowerBI, certifications required
• Experience or willingness to learn ServiceNow Platform Analytics service
• Microsoft Power Platforms knowledge required
• Good understanding the (business) processes and requirements
• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience in Agile is needed
• Have already successfully supported an organization in a global context with analysis and managing good relationships with business partners and stakeholders
• Knowledge of Volvo environment (ITSM related) is nice to have
• ITIL V4 Foundation certification will be required
• Presentation skills including the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
• Team player and committed to getting the job done
• Relevant university degree
• Complete proficiency in English required
