The Senior ServiceNow Engineer is responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM modules (GRC, SECOPS, etc.). This role requires experience in ServiceNow integration with various solutions, strong communication skills, and a dedication to best development practices.
Requirements
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience with 3 full cycle implementations
- Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
- Knowledge in ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process
Requirements Summary
