Senior Delivery Lead - ServiceNow

The Senior Delivery Lead - ServiceNow is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables for critical and/or strategic initiatives. They will lead teams across multiple organizations, communicate with stakeholders, and manage risks and compliance to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• Proven ability to deliver large-scale infrastructure and networking initiatives
• Understands development or integration of Agile/lean/ development initiatives
• Business case development and business requirements analysis
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence others/ persuasion
• Typically requires 7 plus years of related work experience
• Requires previous supervisory/leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of financial services, cybersecurity products, services and technologies at a functional and data level
