The position requires experience in IT service transformation within a regulated environment and a strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB.
Requirements
- End-to-end project delivery across complex service transformation programmes
- ServiceNow (ITSM, CMDB) and automation implementation experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and governance skills
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) desirable
- Familiarity with API integrations, data security, and reporting frameworks
- Right to work in the UK

Requirements Summary
