As a Senior Digital & Tech Partner, you will bridge the gap between our local commercial teams and the global tech organisation, driving digital and tech-enabled transformation with a strategic mindset, technical know-how, and strong commercial focus.

Requirements

• Support the local implementation of global digital and tech strategies and initiatives
• Partner closely with the Business to identify, prioritise and align business requirements
• Own and manage local and BU-specific digital initiatives end-to-end
• Drive digital maturity through data and analytics initiatives and promote modern technology adoption across the market
• Manage project portfolios with a focus on impact, interdependencies, and timely delivery
• Plan and align budgets and resources in coordination with global tech stakeholders
• Ensure quality of service, efficient incident management and continuous improvement via tools like ServiceNow
• Oversee risk and compliance management of tech-related activities (in close collaboration with InfoSec, Legal and Compliance)
• Lead and support change initiatives to enable digital evolution in the local market
