Haleon is a purpose-driven consumer company looking for a Senior Digital & Tech Partner to drive digital transformation and bridge the gap between local commercial teams and the global tech organization. The role involves implementing global digital strategies, managing project portfolios, and overseeing risk and compliance management.
Requirements
- Support the local implementation of global digital and tech strategies and initiatives
- Partner closely with the Business to identify, prioritise and align business requirements
- Own and manage local and BU-specific digital initiatives end-to-end
- Drive digital maturity through data and analytics initiatives and promote modern technology adoption across the market
- Manage project portfolios with a focus on impact, interdependencies, and timely delivery
- Plan and align budgets and resources in coordination with global tech stakeholders
- Ensure quality of service, efficient incident management and continuous improvement via tools like ServiceNow
- Oversee risk and compliance management of tech-related activities (in close collaboration with InfoSec, Legal and Compliance)
- Lead and support change initiatives to enable digital evolution in the local market
