Senior Director, Global Business Analytics

The Senior Director, Global Business Analytics role is accountable for developing, optimizing, and managing the GBS Service: Business Analytics. This involves defining the next-generation Operating Model, leading a global team of 50, and developing how the CoE can best support and advance business objectives through available and new technology.

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent experience, with 10-12+ years in data and analytics
• Proven experience leading global teams and working at the executive level
• Skilled in analytics tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, Excel) and AI tools (Co-pilot, ChatGPT)
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into action
• Experience in SAP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Ariba, and related tools is a plus
• Understanding of AI, ML, and data science concepts is advantageous
