Senior Director of Capture Management

The Sr. Director of Capture Management will oversee the capture team and efforts for PingWind, a VA CVE certified service-disabled veteran owned small business. The role involves improving Capture Excellence through process improvement, training, and strategic thinking, leading capture efforts, and developing winning proposals. This includes participating in milestone reviews, strategic roadmaps, and team leadership.

Requirements

• 15+ years’ experience with federal government business development and capture teams
• Experience winning large-scale programs over $150M in the federal government
• Record of success pursuing award vehicles (GWAC/MAC/BIC) valued greater than $500M
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a technical degree
• Demonstrated abilities to grow the business
• Familiarity with Salesforce
