The Senior Director of Human Capital Management Technology leads the Corporate Systems functional team, overseeing all HR and Legal technologies to support these business areas. This role provides strategic leadership, aligning IT services with business objectives to ensure effective delivery and performance management.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in a leadership role managing Human Resources & Legal technology solutions
- Basic understanding of HR & Legal concepts, including Accounting, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Payroll, Human Capital, Procurement, Facilities, and Real Estate
- Proficiency of relevant technologies, especially SAP S4, SuccessFactors, OpenText, UKG Dimensions, Navex, Contract Lifecycle Management, and ServiceNow HRSD
