Senior Director, Partner Excellence Group EMEA

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Director, Partner Excellence Group (EMEA) Hub Leader to drive full pre- to post-sale partner excellence in EMEA. This role involves leading a team, translating global strategies into localized plans, ensuring partner success and value realization, and serving as a conduit between global leadership and EMEA execution teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building high-performing teams and experience in partner program management.

Requirements

• 15+ years of senior leadership in partner ecosystem management, with significant EMEA experience
• Proven expertise in partner programs, incentives, enablement, events, communications, and value realization
• Proven success in managing senior leaders and building high-performing teams
• 5+ years experience working for, with or around consulting or services integrators
• Strong track record leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams in complex matrix environments
• Exceptional executive presence, stakeholder influence, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to guide strategic decision-making
• Familiarity with AI-driven GTM strategies and partner capability development
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
