This role involves leading a team of experienced engineers, managing the onboarding of products into ESP, and optimizing Day 1 and Day 2 operations. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, leading teams, and designing large complex solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Management, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or related field.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent.
- Microsoft Certified: AWS Administrator Associate or equivalent.
- 10+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience (Technology design, development).
- 10+ years architecting, designing, and integration of large complex solutions.
- 10+ years of experience leading teams (formally).
- 10+ years in Systems and Cloud Design, Implementation and Operation management.
- Experience with various virtualization technologies and multi-tenant, private and hybrid cloud environments.
- Successfully implemented large IaaS and PaaS projects for Public and Hybrid Cloud.
- Working knowledge of SDWAN Network infrastructure and MPLS Networking.
- Excellent Hybrid Cloud technical skills (i.e. Compute, Storage, Network and Security) and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) methodologies and tools. ServiceNow experiences preferred.
- Experience with Public Cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
- Strong capabilities in Enterprise Architecture implementation.
- Self-starter who can develop technical solutions, including policies, procedures, and protocol for IT operations.
- Strong knowledge of API concepts, and working knowledge of one or more API integration platforms
- Understanding of secure system design principles, patterns, and practices.
- Good understanding on DevOps implementation.
- Working knowledge of Cisco SDWAN Network infrastructure and MPLS Networking
- Strong leadership skills to lead teams with a mix of internal and external resources and with a mix of formal reporting relationships (dotted line and solid line).
- Excellent verbal and written communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Visionary and change agent to provide compelling future state and overcome hurdles to change.
- Ability to weigh and effectively communicate different options and associated risks/benefits in order to come up with best recommendations and solutions.
