ServiceNow is seeking a driven Senior Emerging Practices Manager – CRM & Industry Workflow to provide expertise to support customers in adopting, renewing, and maximizing their value from their ServiceNow investment. The role involves working directly with customers to enhance their overall user experience with ServiceNow, building relationships with key roles inside ServiceNow, and acting as an escalation point for customer issues.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • Relevant experience in the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region
  • Deep Knowledge of customer service / contact center management, customer self-service, customer community and knowledge management processes and technologies
