Requirements
- 5+ years of IT infrastructure and application monitoring experience
- Proven hands-on expertise with Dynatrace configuration, deployment, and optimization
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, DNS, load balancing, firewalls)
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux administration
- Experience managing VMware and NetApp environments
- Solid experience with both Azure and AWS platforms, including application monitoring and integration
- Experience integrating monitoring tools with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, including web, database, and middleware layers
