Requirements
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow
- Strong ServiceNow implementation or development experience
- Knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
- ServiceNow upgrade and knowledge of ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM processes
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills & Ability to work Independently and with a team
