The Senior ServiceNow GDN Consultant will develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy business needs. They will work with ITSM and related modules, supporting other developers and creating technical designs. Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills are essential.

Requirements

• Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
• Prior working experience in ServiceNow
• Strong ServiceNow implementation or development experience
• Knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
• ServiceNow upgrade and knowledge of ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM processes
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills & Ability to work Independently and with a team
