ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Partner to provide strategic support to the Global HR Business Partners, Global Employment Law, and HR Generalist Teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee relations, employment law, and performance management, with a focus on leveraging AI and data to drive process improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience handling ER issues
- Bachelor's degree with employment law experience or advanced certification
- Experience with Works Councils, Unions, and Labor Relations
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage own time and workload, juggling conflicting priorities
- Knowledge of HR programs and processes (e.g., performance management, workforce planning, talent management and employment laws)
- Analytical skills to interpret data to unlock stories, trends / hot spots and action on learnings
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
