ServiceNow is looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to manage relationships with large clients in the manufacturing industry. The role involves providing strategic leadership, developing AI-enhanced solutions, and overseeing virtual teams. The ideal candidate has experience in client management, sales, and team leadership, with a strong understanding of AI and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 7+ years of experience in client management, and aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities within Manufacturing industry
  • 2+ years proven experience managing high-value Key Accounts
  • Successfully navigating multi-million dollar deal negotiations
  • Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service and IT Operations Management (within software or IT sales organizations)
  • Experience achieving sales targets
  • Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams
  • Ability to understand broad, macro-level business IT needs for a prospective client
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Travel up to 50%
  • 7+ years of experience in client management, and aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities within Manufacturing industry
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
