This individual will be responsible for minimizing risks, continuously improving process quality, and ensuring compliance across ServiceNow in support of laws, regulations, and internal policies. The role involves performing audits, mapping regulatory gaps, and supporting awareness campaigns.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with compliance analysis and audits for a cloud based company
- Demonstrated deep understanding of compliance audit testing and design of tests
- Demonstrated strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interface successfully in challenging conversations
- Prior experience at a SaaS, Paas or IAAS
