R5 Labs is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant ITOM to lead strategic implementation and optimization projects focused on IT Operations Management and Event Management solutions within the Saudi Arabia region. This role involves partnering with clients, analyzing needs, and delivering customized solutions to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5 years of direct, hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform customization.
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITOM modules.
- Proven track record managing and delivering multiple concurrent ServiceNow projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English (mandatory) and Arabic (a plus).
