Senior Ethics & Compliance Manager

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Ethics & Compliance Manager to lead the implementation of their Code of Ethics and manage anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance. This hybrid role will focus on tracking and maintaining compliance controls, analyzing risks, collaborating with internal teams, and training colleagues. The position reports to the Director, Export and Trade Compliance Counsel.

Requirements

• Track and maintain data regarding anti-corruption controls.
• Review and analyze proposed events to mitigate risks.
• Communicate and collaborate with regional business leaders.
• Support business teams in anti-bribery program requirements.
• Assist in evaluating the adequacy of policies and procedures.
• Provide training on anti-bribery and anti-corruption topics.
• Participate in risk assessments related to anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws.
• Collaborate with international colleagues.
• Support other legal compliance priorities.
• Maintain awareness of anti-corruption requirements.
