Rackspace Technology is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications, enhancing business processes, and improving the user experience for customers. The position is permanent on-site with a customer in Riyadh and requires a willingness to develop and manage scalable cloud solutions.
Requirements
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.
- Design and implement workflows, automation, and business processes using ServiceNow Tools.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
- Write and maintain server-side and client-side scripts.
- Create user-friendly and intuitive user interfaces.
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases.
- Adhere to ServiceNow best practices.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification is preferred. CMDB knowledge is important. Strong JavaScript and Web Technologies skills are required
