The role involves strong collaboration, hands-on implementation, and knowledge of ServiceNow platform development best practices. It's a client-facing role requiring strong communication and independence.
Requirements
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience
- Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, Java Script, etc.)
- Knowledge in ServiceNow upgrade hands-on
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
- Minimum 3 full cycle implementation of ServiceNow modules
