Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

Workato is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join its AI Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, integration, automation experience, and solution architecture, combined with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Design and implement agent-based AI solutions using the Workato Agentic AI platform.
• Designing intelligent, autonomous, and efficient agentic AI workflows that utilize multi-agent collaboration, orchestration, and automation capabilities provided by the Workato platform.
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable AI-powered IT workflows with agent-based decision-making, dynamic retrieval mechanisms, and seamless integration using the Workato Agentic AI platform.
• Continuously monitor and improve AI system performance, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
• Work closely with customers to understand use cases and deliver tailored, scalable agentic AI and RAG-based solutions using the Workato Agentic AI platform, while prioritizing exceptional customer service to ensure alignment with both technical and business needs, as well as satisfaction and successful implementation.
