- Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of ServiceNow projects that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Spearhead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transition and high adoption rates of new processes and systems.
- Design and deliver tailored training programs to clients, empowering them with the knowledge to maximize the benefits of their ServiceNow investment.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.

Requirements Summary
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and practical experience. 5+ years of proven experience in business process consulting, with a strong focus on ServiceNow solutions
