We are seeking a Senior Global HR Process Specialist to support the design, optimization, and governance of end-to-end global HR processes, ensuring consistency, scalability, and a seamless manager and employee experience. The specialist will work closely with the Global Process Manager, Centers of Expertise, HRBPs, and other stakeholders to standardize and continuously improve HR workflows, while also helping drive change management, training, and adoption of global HR process standards across regions.
Requirements
- Experience in HR process management, continuous improvement, or HR operations in an international environment
- Proven experience with process mapping and optimization methodologies as well as with HR Information Systems
- Solid experience operating within global or matrix organizations, managing diverse stakeholder groups, and effectively working through lengthy, multi-layered decision processes
- Strong understanding of core HR processes (e.g., hire-to-retire, talent management, organizational management)
- Solid understanding of data quality, reporting processes, and HR operating models
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Miro, Signavio)
- Solid working knowledge of ServiceNow (HRSD) and SuccessFactors
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, structured and detail-oriented
- Full professional proficiency in English is essential for this role
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across cultures and time zones
- Proactive mindset with a strong orientation toward continuous improvement
- Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable HR process solutions
- HRIS configuration or functional knowledge considered an advantage
