Senior Hadoop Admin - Big Data - Federal - 2nd Shift

ServiceNow is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to support their US Federal Government Cloud Infrastructure. This 2nd shift position, currently working Sunday to Wednesday, provides 24x7 support for their Big Data government cloud infrastructure. The role focuses on deploying, scaling, and maintaining containers and applications, ensuring optimal performance and addressing critical issues. This is a critical role for delivering state-of-the-art monitoring, analytics, and business insights.

Requirements

• Experience with Hadoop / Big Data Ecosystem
• 6+ Years of Experience with systems like HDFS, Yarn, Hive, HBase, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Impala, Kudu, Redis, MariaDB and PostgreSQL
• Deep Understanding of Kubernetes architecture
• Strong knowledge of querying and analyzing large-scale data using VictoriaMetrics, Prometheus, Spark, Flink, and Grafana
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated applications deployment to Kubernetes
• Strong Linux Systems Administration skills
