Requirements
- 2+ years professional experience in HR administration, ideally within a large corporate or professional services environment supporting UK or other European markets
- Confident using English and Polish (C1/C2) to engage clearly and appropriately with stakeholders at all levels across the organization
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Neocase or similar)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Initiative and attention to detail
