The HR Ops team provides a high-quality service to Japanese employees. As a Senior HR Advisor, you will handle a wide range of tasks, from daily inquiries to audit and report creation, translation, and participation in HR system improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Provide a consistent, timely, accurate and customer-focused HR operational service to key stakeholders and customers
  • Support the processing of organizational HR information utilizing various HR and related systems
  • Validate and audit data to ensure data integrity
  • Validate and support translation between Japanese and English for key HR processes
  • Provide reports including government reports
  • Foster, develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships with key vendors
