The role involves advising management on HR strategies, supporting executive leadership, managing the employee lifecycle, and ensuring legal compliance. Responsibilities include developing compensation benchmarks, managing global compensation systems, and contributing to corporate culture and leadership.

Requirements

  • Completed degree or comparable training in HR with a focus on compensation and benefits
  • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner with responsibility for international or company-wide themes
  • Comprehensive experience in the field of compensation and benefits, including market and benchmark analysis, designing compensation packages for all levels up to executive compensation, as well as in-depth knowledge of how to work with compensation systems
  • Experience in leading and shaping culture and leadership themes
  • Good knowledge of labor and employment law as well as excellent practical experience in working with governance bodies
  • Confident handling of MS 365, ideally also with SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow
  • Analytical thinking, empathy, and keen communication skills

Requirements Summary

HR background, 3-5 years HR experience, compensation & benefits knowledge & experience with management or international themes, and strong analytical/communication skills. Proficiency in MS 365 (SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) is needed
