YASH Technologies is seeking ServiceNow professionals to join their team. The role involves leading IT and business stakeholder requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, and change management. They are looking for individuals who can collaborate with the ServiceNow Application Architect and development team to improve stakeholder experiences and drive business transformation.

Requirements

  • Overall 5-10 years of experience in IT and not less than 5 years in ServiceNow with BA expertize
  • The ServiceNow Business Analyst is responsible for gathering IT and business stakeholder requirements related to ServiceNow and partnering with the ServiceNow Application Architect and development team to transform the requirements into a viable solution.
  • The ServiceNow Business Analyst will focus primarily on ServiceNow ITSM ,ITOM,ITAM and SPM Product suits but will also be engaged in other ServiceNow initiatives.
  • Process Analysis and Optimization
  • Lead process workshops with stakeholders and users to map “as-is” and design “to-be” processes aligned with ServiceNow best practices and ITIL frameworks.
  • Conduct gap analysis to recommend process reengineering or automation to enhance service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and ServiceNow configuration specifications.
  • Design optimized workflows and user journeys that maximize effective use of ITSM, ITOM, SPM, GRC modules, and future expansions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on business objectives, process changes, and benefits realization.
  • Manage expectations and facilitate consensus during solution design, supporting successful adoption of ServiceNow processes across global and regional teams.
  • Establish process governance frameworks including ownership, Key Performance Indicators, and monitoring mechanisms.
  • Identify opportunities for further optimization, automation, and ServiceNow feature adoption in line with organizational growth and roadmap plans.
  • Periodically review process effectiveness and recommend updates to maintain alignment with evolving business goals and technology changes.
