Join Realtor.com as a Senior HR Information Solutions Analyst and help optimize HR systems and processes, leverage technology to enhance the employee experience, and collaborate with the HR team to ensure data integrity and timely, accurate HR data.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience working with HRIS platforms such as UKG, ServiceNow, Applicant Tracking System, core Talent Development, etc.
- Proven hands-on experience with UKG (UltiPro, Workforce Ready, Dimensions) and ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery)
- Strong understanding of HR processes, integrations through APIs, data management, and integrity
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
