Realtor.com is seeking a highly motivated Senior HR Information Solutions Analyst to optimize their HR systems, data integrity, and employee experience. This role involves system administration, data analysis, training, and partnership with various internal teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging technology to support the People team and drive innovative real estate solutions.
Requirements
- Manage and maintain HRIS platforms (UKG, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Develop and deliver HR training
- Conduct data analysis and reporting
- Manage vendor relationships
- Be an effective project manager
