The Senior HR Solutions Analyst provides primary support for the employee lifecycle and HR work globally. Responsibilities include handling diverse and confidential activities in HR systems and general-to-advanced knowledge of policies and procedures in all areas within Human Resources.
Requirements
- Bachelors/master's degree
- 5 to 6 years of HRA experience related
- Strong technical aptitude using human resources information systems like Workday, ServiceNow etc.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Quick learner and able to follow instructions, respond to management direction and improve performance through management feedback
- Attention to detail; organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
- Problem-solver, with strong ability to identify issues and resolve them in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work and partner effectively with others
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge in Workday & ServiceNow
- Experience in shared services environment
