Realtor.com is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG and ServiceNow, and a keen interest in integrating AI solutions into the People Team. The role involves system administration, support, reporting, and analytics, as well as project management and enhancements. The candidate will work closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to optimize HR systems and processes, ensuring data integrity and enhancing the employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience working with HRIS platforms such as UKG, ServiceNow, Applicant Tracking System, core Talent Development, etc.
  • Proven hands-on experience with UKG (UltiPro, Workforce Ready, Dimensions) and ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, integrations through APIs, data management, and integrity.
  • Experience with report writing and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure positive stakeholder engagement and partnerships.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in AI applications within HR is a significant advantage.
