Senior Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Engineer with expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and ServiceNow Services Catalog. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize our identity governance solutions to ensure secure, efficient access management and compliance across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) with a focus on SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Service Catalog design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of identity governance principles, access control models, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with API integrations and automation tools (e.g., Java, REST).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
