Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support environment
  • ITIL Foundation v3 or higher certification
  • Experience with IT Service Management best practices and core functions
  • Microsoft Windows 10 or higher operating system
  • Microsoft Office 365

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
