KPMG is seeking a Technology Services Consultant to focus on the Digital, Data, and Technology Strategy for the Connected Technology Group. This role involves providing customer service, managing hardware and software inventory, and ensuring efficient support for users. The consultant will collaborate with the IT team and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Strong customer and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience using ServiceNow (or other service management tools) for Incident and Request resolution
  • Knowledge in ITIL practices, and preferred certification in ITIL 3 or 4
  • Sound understanding of Windows architecture and tools, as well as decent proficiency in Mac architecture and tools
  • Sound understanding of mobile technologies, such as iOS and Android troubleshooting
