Seeking a Senior IT Application Engineer to support and maintain internal applications, ensuring system stability and optimal performance. The role involves troubleshooting, developing enhancements, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development and application support
- Strong expertise in.NET Core,.NET Framework, Angular, Xamarin, and WCF
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployments
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for incident and change management
- Proficiency in database management (SQL Server or similar relational databases)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
