Senior IT Procurement Specialist

We’re looking for a Senior IT Procurement Specialist to lead our IT buying and asset tracking function. In this role, you’ll lead a small team, and work closely with IT, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure smooth, compliant purchasing of IT hardware and software.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT purchasing, procurement operations, or asset management at a tech company
• 1+ years managing a team or function, including full-time employees or contractors
• Familiarity with SaaS, hardware, and peripheral buying in a distributed workforce model
• Hands-on experience with asset management and procurement tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jamf, Oomnitza, Coupa, or similar)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you know what’s been ordered, received, and deployed
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, and Security
