Senior IT Project Manager (Afternoon/Evening Shift) - Prague, Czechia

Senior IT Project Manager position is available at Outreach, a leading AI Sales Execution Platform. The role involves overseeing and managing multiple IT projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams, and driving the successful delivery of innovative solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, IT Systems Engineer, or related role, in a cloud-first environment
• Experience managing roadmaps and facilitating scoping and discovery discussions for large projects with stakeholders spanning the company
• Experience working at international level, including US based IT teams
• Working knowledge of Scrum or Agile development methodologies
• Possess hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Okta, Jira, Jamf, and Intune
• Experience working within the Atlassian platform, specifically Jira & Confluence
• Ability to identify priorities and evaluate risks and trade-offs to recommend optimal paths to achieving deliverables and outcomes
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing client-side projects, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project delivery
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing ITGC and familiarity with SOX Controls as it relates to IT
• IT Operations experience leading process improvements, documentation, and procedures
• Ability to engage with people at all levels and backgrounds
