Requirements
- Extensive experience in IT Service Management
- At least 3+ years of experience in using ServiceNow toolset
- Proven experience of working as a ServiceNow Developer or Engineer
- Deep knowledge of working with Superannuation, WRAP financial advice technology platforms at enterprise level
- Experience with modern technologies including software-as-service, data analytics, cloud services and system integration
- Understanding of enterprise CMDB implementation in ServiceNow with SaaS, Cloud & DevOps
- Experience having worked in complex transformation programs, especially with outsourcing and integration of technology partners
