You will drive the maturity of ITIL Service Management processes and practices, and have Product Ownership accountability for ServiceNow. You will lead a team of IT Service Management & Operations for CFS IT “Run” and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in IT Service Management
  • At least 3+ years of experience in using ServiceNow toolset
  • Proven experience of working as a ServiceNow Developer or Engineer
  • Deep knowledge of working with Superannuation, WRAP financial advice technology platforms at enterprise level
  • Experience with modern technologies including software-as-service, data analytics, cloud services and system integration
  • Understanding of enterprise CMDB implementation in ServiceNow with SaaS, Cloud & DevOps
  • Experience having worked in complex transformation programs, especially with outsourcing and integration of technology partners
