As a Senior IT Service Manager, you will administer and support IT Event Management practice and processes, improving enterprise-wide effectiveness and efficiency. You will help ensure high levels of service and performance targets are maintained, and assist other operational IT service management practices.

Requirements

  • Administer and support IT Event Management practice and processes
  • Develop strategy and plan for event management operations
  • Oversee the planning, hosting, and deployment of key operational activities for event management and IT customers
  • Manage all system events processing leading to incident notification, problem identification and escalation management
  • Provide leadership, technical guidance and coaching to analysts executing service operations
  • Support the technology leadership in developing budget projections based on short- and long-term goals and objectives

Requirements Summary
