Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in IT support within a medium to large environment
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Entra AD, Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, Intune, and general hardware troubleshooting
  • Experience with networking and enterprise phone systems (Mitel desirable)
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, ConnectWise, or Xurrent
  • Experience with Azure (desirable)
  • Certificate III or higher in Information Technology (Bachelor's degree desirable)
  • ITIL v4 certification (highly desirable)
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Current driver's license and ability to travel occasionally as required
