Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in IT support within a medium to large environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Entra AD, Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, Intune, and general hardware troubleshooting
- Experience with networking and enterprise phone systems (Mitel desirable)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, ConnectWise, or Xurrent
- Experience with Azure (desirable)
- Certificate III or higher in Information Technology (Bachelor's degree desirable)
- ITIL v4 certification (highly desirable)
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Current driver's license and ability to travel occasionally as required
