Eagers Automotive is seeking a motivated Senior IT Support Officer to join their Enterprise Service Desk team in Brisbane. This role will be the escalation point for IT Support staff, providing expert assistance and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for a broad range of technologies. The position offers exposure to both front-line and senior teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in IT support within a medium to large environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Entra AD, Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, Intune, and general hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience with networking and enterprise phone systems (Mitel desirable).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, ConnectWise, or Xurrent.
- Experience with Azure (desirable).
- Certificate III or higher in Information Technology (Bachelor’s degree desirable).
- ITIL v4 certification (highly desirable).
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Current driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally as required.
