STR is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to join their collaborative team. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, managing IT resources, and providing excellent customer support. This position requires strong technical skills and a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage daily workload by addressing incoming tickets in ServiceNow.
  • Provide hands-on guidance to end users while resolving issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and confirm resolution.
  • Provision, image, and configure systems for new hires.
  • Perform full-cycle desktop support.
  • Create, manage, and audit Active Directory accounts.
  • Assist with server, network, and storage administration.
  • Document solutions in the IT knowledge base.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware, software, and licenses.
  • Procure, track, and maintain hardware and software assets.

Requirements Summary

5+ yrs enterprise IT support exp. Windows/macOS/Linux proficiency. High School Diploma/equivalent. Certifications (CompTIA) preferred
