We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. IT Vendor Management Specialist to join our dynamic IT Managed Service Provider team. The role will be responsible for overseeing and managing relationships with our vendors and managed service providers, ensuring that we obtain the highest quality services and value to our customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, service delivery or a related role within the IT industry
- Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL and ServiceNow a plus
