We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate professional to join our fast-paced, business operation-focused Hardware Asset Management (HAM) team, with extensive experience using ServiceNow HAM/HAM Pro application.
Requirements
- Manage the hardware asset lifecycle of the assigned asset classes / asset types in ServiceNow CMDB
- Implement data governance processes to manage hardware asset inventory in CMDB
- Create and maintain ServiceNow reports and Power BI dashboards to monitor and report on CMDB data quality

Requirements Summary
3+ years of experience with ServiceNow HAM or HAM Pro, proficiency in Power BI and Excel, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
