We are looking for a Senior ITSM Process Owner to manage and further develop our ITSM service processes. You will work closely with our IT departments and stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective implementation of processes.
Requirements
- Experience in ITSM Process Owner role
- Completed study in (business-)informatics or comparable qualification
- In-depth knowledge in IT service management, especially in ITIL frameworks and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
