This full-time position requires a Senior ServiceNow Consultant with prior experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects. The role involves working on ServiceNow application implementation in a Scrum-based agile environment, designing technical solutions, and fostering team development.
Requirements
- Prior experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects
- Knowledge of ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Awareness of best development practices during implementation
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment
- Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
- Ability to work under pressure and handle short deadlines
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills
- Ability to set goals and contribute to strategic initiatives
- Knowledge of integration frameworks
- Working knowledge of Agile methodology
