The Senior-KDNI role involves designing and implementing ServiceNow applications for clients, typically within an agile methodology (Sprints). The position focuses on technical solutions and automation, with a strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork. Candidates will act as a Solution Architect and Lead for implementation, and must be able to manage complex ITSM and GRC tools.
Requirements
- Prior experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only
- Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Awareness of best development practices during implementation
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment
- Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
