This Senior-KDNI role focuses on ServiceNow Implementation projects, partnering with an existing high-performing implementation team. The consultant will work in a fast-paced scrum-based agile environment, designing technical solutions and providing innovative automation strategies to improve IT efficiency. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Requirements
- Prior experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects
- Knowledge & experience of ServiceNow applications (ITSM, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment
- Exposure to ITIL Framework and IT Management Tools
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Ability to work under pressure and handle timelines
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills
